HOW CAN I APPLY?

Entering is easy and almost everyone within the three categories is eligible. We are looking for a diverse group of men and women who represent a broad cross-section of American society, and possess skill in one of the three specified categories. Just fill out the application and send in all of the required materials to show us your talent, culture and proud heritage! (Please read thoroughly all application requirements and specifications on Page 2) STARQUEST APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: Application Specifications and Guidelines: Be over 18 years of age from ANY cultural background but with a solid appreciation for multi-cultural diversity. Possess a talent and/or skill that he/she uses to promote cross-cultural understanding in general. Be involved in activities that contribute to promoting worldly awareness and harmonious living. Have set goals to further global understanding of culture and heritage. Submit audio and/or video material demonstrating his/her talent. Attach recent photograph to application. Complete ALL 4 PARTS of the StarQuest Application before submitting. Additional Material Specifications: Audio and video material must be CD or DVD format and cannot be more than 15 minutes total run time (TRT). Complete list on Additional Material Submission section (Part 4). All audio and video material must be clearly labeled with your full name and total run time (i.e. JOHN SMITH DEMO, TRT: 15 min) All requested materials must be included in the same mailing package and postmarked no later that November 30, 2008. Absolutely no e-mail attachments or personal materials sent in a different package, unless specifically requested or authorized by the StarQuest team. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 30, 2008. Late or incomplete applications will be automatically disqualified.
